Warranty & Return's Policy
Carrasteel wants to ensure you attain complete satisfaction, we believe it is the least we can do, for this reason we offer a full 12 MONTHS warranty on all our products.
Quality is our highest priority at Carrasteel. If you feel that a product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please contact our customer service department, who will be happy to assist in finding a solution.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Team and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect and/or transit damage and not caused by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. If the same product is not available, a substitute replacement of comparable value may be offered.
Within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied with your Carrasteel purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned that does not meet our inspection and evaluation from our Quality Team will not be eligible for a return. Items must be returned in original condition together with original packaging, and devoid of any visible signs of wear and tear.
Any and all freight costs are the responsibility of the client.
Carrasteel retains the explicit right to offer a replacement or a refund at its discretion.
How to return your Carrasteel product(s):
Please include the following information on your return form:
1. Item(s) that you are returning (model number, date of purchase, volume).
2. The reason for the return (items manufacturing fault, transit damage, etc.).
Simply box up the items you wish to return, in new condition, in their original packaging along with the completed return form (supplied by customer service upon request). Securely affix your courier return service label on the outside of the box and be sure to cover or cross out any previous address labels or barcodes.
Once your return is received and inspected by our customer service centre (within 72 hours of receipt), we will respond with a proposed solution to the situation.
